With over 200+ houseplants, my home is an indoor jungle, filled with greenery from every corner. But if I had to pick a favorite plant, pothos would always win. Also known as Epipremnum aureum, these plants easy to care for, endlessly beautiful, and their ability to trail or climb makes them perfect for any space. Over time, my collection has grown—not from seeds, but through trades, gifts, and my own prop-hunting adventures.

Each plant has a story. I currently have a variety of pothos, including the classic golden pothos, with splashes of creamy-white there is the variegated pothos, and the different green hues of the global green. My Cebu Blue pothos stands out with its silvery-blue leaves, while my pearls and jade, n'joy, and the royal marble and snow queen bring unique splashes of white. The neon pothos adds a bright pop of color but needs lots of light, and I even have the simple yet beautiful solid green jade pothos. I also have satin pothos, which adds a unique texture to my collection with its velvety, silver-speckled leaves. I've propigated both the small-leaf variety, which has delicate trailing vines, and the jumbo/tropical variety, which produces larger, more dramatic leaves. Their shimmering foliage makes them stand out among my other pothos, adding a beautiful contrast to the deep greens and bright variegations in my collection. But my absolute favorite is my manjula pothos—with its stunning marbled leaves that look like a living watercolor painting and unique wide heart-like leaves just makes me fall in love.

Each pothos in my collection has a special place in my heart, and I love watching them push out a new leaf, stretch out another viney stem and of course - thrive. Whether cascading from a hanging disco ball or climbing up a moss pole, pothos plants are proof that sometimes the simplest plants bring the greatest joy.
