Pickleball is a paddle sport that you can play with two to four players. It can be played both out or indoors, making it a year-round sport!
It was invented in 1965 as a children's backyard game in Washington state. While it was originally a children's game, many other age groups old and young have embraced Pickleball to have fun and socialize with others!
Pickleball is reminiscent of tennis and ping pong and has been one of the fastest growing sports in the US because of its short learning curve, low costs to get started, and appeal to many different fitness levels.
There are now pickleball tournaments and in 2022, it was named the official state sport of Washington!
