Swimming was never a slight thought as a young one to me, but also the desire to learn surrounded my little brain due to others splashing around and within a split second ....sspppllllaaassshhh...i was pushed inside. Fear kicked in and told me to kick and move my arms as hard as i can . Besides the health benefits, it has greatly helped me with stress. The sound of water is soothing and how it automatically blocks the sound of the city, provides an escape from normality. I would highly recommend it, plus i don't get to just dip my feet ,instead, i show off my skills.
