Cologne in Germany is the best city, because of many reasons. First of all, it is known for the big Cathedral that you can see from everywhere. It is beautiful from the outside as well as from the inside. Cologne is also known for their Carnival, which they call their "fith season of the year". The days of Carnival are celebrated with parties on the streets, in public squares and in pubs. Finally one of the coolest facts is that, parfum was invented in Cologne hundreds of years ago.
