Bookstores Are My Comfort Zone

They are my obsession

When I need to getaway most people would think I am going to take a trip. Even though a trip does sound like a relaxing and stress-free plan. For me, an avid reader, I find going to a bookstore as my relaxing and stress-free trip. There is something about a bookstore that is at times hard to describe. Maybe it is the smell of the binding of paper in between leather covers or perhaps being among fellow readers. Maybe it is the thought of being able to immerse myself into a new read and being transmitted into someone's story. Maybe it is being able to be find a nice seat in a cozy sopt with a drink and reading. Maybe it is the design layout and/or the architecture of the building. Bookstores to me are just my love drug.
