Managing renal failure in developing countries can be challenging due to factors which may include:
lack of funds⁙ limited access to dialysis units⁙ poorly maintained units
⁙ power outages⁙ unmotivated staff⁙& all other possible factors.
Living with renal failure requires change of lifestyle and diet esp quitting alcohol and smoking and limiting intake of salt and fluids
