100g peanutbutter (+ additional peanutbutter to garnish)
60g cocoa powder
80g coconut oil
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch vanilla extract
60g almond flour
200g maple sirup
40g chocolate chips
Method
Drain the kidney beans in a colander. Place in food processor with remaining ingredients (except chocolate chips). Blend
until smooth. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven). Pour the dough into the baking pan. Spread the chocolate
chips and some peanut butter on top of the dough. Bake in the oven (center) for 15 minutes. Remove the brownies, let
them cool down and put them in the fridge for a short time before serving.
