It has numerous benefits for individuals, including reducing stress and anxiety, improving mental health, boosting cognitive function, enhancing creativity, and supporting physical health. With its origins rooted in ancient cultures and civilizations, music emerged from primitive sounds, rituals, and ceremonies, storytelling, and instrument development, evolving and diversifying across cultures to become the rich and varied musical landscape we enjoy today.
