Hear me out - spiders can be really cute!

Meet my favourite spiders: Jumping Spiders and Velvet Spiders

I understand that some people are scared of spiders, but if you can, please take a moment to read why I love them.
Spiders are incredibly helpful and keep an important balance in nature (and in your house - thank spiders for not having a crazy amount of flies in your kitchen!).

And while I could talk about why I find spiders cool and amazing, I want to focus on a trait you may not have agreed with until now:
They can be soooo cute!

Jumping Spiders are very intelligent, they even have REM sleep, which means they can have dreams! That is because they are visual hunters, unlike almost all other spiders. Another really cute spider is the Velvet Spider. They are more like their tarantula siblings, meaning that they don't interact with humans as much and don't have the best eye sight. They are nocturnal and as a pet are, like most spiders, not much more than glorified pet stones. That said, they look very cute and even a pet stone can be loved and cherished. 🥰
