A world of our own
Theatre is one of the oldest forms of storytelling we have as a society.
It is an entrance to empathy through stories we become invested in. They
can be joyful, heartbreaking, funny and ultimately moving in many
ways.
As you can see in the photos, theatres are built for people to come
together to experience plays and musicals en masse, affecting them
deeply while seemingly casual.
It keeps us connected and entertained, inspiring great playwrights who
we now even study in schools- ranging from Ancient Greek theatre to
postmodern works.
