What is meditation?

Meditation is a simple practice available to all, which can reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity to promote happiness. You don't need much to start your practise. A quiet space and a few moments of your day. Now more than ever, we must allow ourselves to find stillness and a moment to simply be; to return to our breath and focus on the sensation of our bellies rising and falling; our lungs slowly filling up with air and the equally steady release as we exhale.
