Pole Dance
Pole dance combines dance and acrobatics centered on a vertical pole.The use of pole for sports and exercise has been traced back at least eight hundred years to the traditional Indian sport of mallakhamb, which utilizes principles of endurance and strength using a wooden pole, wider in diameter than a modern standard pole. In 1920s it has been used also from circus performers in their shows in North America. The benefits of this sport are many: it helps in building strength, increasing mobility and flexibility. Yoga
Yoga is an ancient system of physical and mental practices that originated during the Indus Valley civilization in South Asia. The fundamental purpose of yoga is to foster harmony in the body, mind, and environment. Yoga is a low-cost self-help approach to well-being. Its tecniques are used also as a complementary cure for deseases such as depression and anxiety. There are different types of Yoga styles among which Vinyasa Yoga the most athletic one, Hatha Yoga perfect for beginners because of its slower flows and Ashtanga Yoga which is a very dinamic style made by sequences of postures.
