DIY (Do It Yourself) Projects have always been a fun way for my brain to decompress. I enjoy figuring out how to create something that will be structurally sound but also serve the purpose I need it for with the added bonus of saving money. I enjoy working with wood to make things that I can't find anywhere else or to redesign spaces within our house to make it more aesthetically pleasing or usable. I have built a dog kennel with a farmhouse look using nothing more than 2x4's, iron rods and wood feet in addition to redesigning walls with trim and cinderblock planters.
