Peonies are indulgent, intoxicating blooms with the most amazing perfume. From tight, round buds, the petals unfurl to reveal full, flouncy flowers. They are fantastic in the garden and the vase, so plant as many as you can! Peonies are native to Asia, Europe, and Western North America, but can be grown anywhere, providing you give them the right environment. Cold winters result in the best blooms, so they suit our Victorian temperature perfectly.
