Each day, you must complete:
- Follow a strict diet 🥗, no cheat meals 🍕🍔🍟🍫, and no alcohol 🍾🍺🍷🍸.
- Drink 1 gallon (4 liters) of water💧.
- Complete two 45-minute workouts 🏋🏽, one of which must be outdoors.
- Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book 📖.
- Take a progress photo 📸.
