The Embraer 135 is a special aircraft that played a huge role in my aviation career. During my time at Airlink, I flew to various destinations across the Southern African Development Community (SADC) region, and the Embraer 135 was always a reliable companion on those flights.
This regional jet is known for its efficiency, comfort, and ability to land on shorter runways, making it perfect for connecting remote locations with larger cities. With a capacity of about 37 passengers, it was just the right size for regional routes.
