Pilates Practice

My current Pilates phase


I love to exercise. I enjoy different forms of movement such as cardio, ball sports, running and swimming, but these days I am doing a lot of mat Pilates and reformer Pilates. It is great for training my core and body control. Here is a picture of me doing a reformer Pilates class.

I also love to practice Pilates at home on a mat and follow Nicole from MoveWithNicole She is so strong and flexible. Her YouTube classes are very easy to follow. She gives very clear instructions and the background music is soothing.
