Swimming is the process of purposefully moving through the water by using your body and its natural buoyancy. It's a healthy, low-impact workout that has several mental and bodily health benefits all while being a good recreational activity. Swimming builds endurance, muscle strength, and cardiovascular fitness. The four main types of swim style are Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Freestyle – also known as Front crawl.
