Haley is a UX designer who is a real research nerd.

Her favorite part of designing happens before pixel meets artboard - the messy part of looking through all of the sticky notes from user interviews, prioritizing business needs, and roughly sketching up ideas of what might work.

Originally from small town Illinois, Haley has a soft spot for projects that impact everyday users. She’s a strong proponent of getting to the root of a problem and never a fan of band aid solutions.

Haley is an NPR fanatic, an okay rock climber, and a mainstage cast member of the Miami improv theater, Just the Funny.
