Today we are going to cook asparagus tagliatelle with salmon and pine
nuts. A dish that is perfect for a nice summer dinner. You find all

Ingredients
100g salmon
300g green asparagus
250g brown mushrooms
100ml half cream
100ml milk drink
1 onion
1 garlic clove
salt, pepper, curry powder
olive oil
pine nuts
parmesan cheese
Method
Cut mushrooms into quarters, cut asparagus into about 3 cm long
pieces, cut the salmon into strips, and chop garlic as well as onion.
Season your vegetables with salt, pepper, curry powder and add half
cream and milk drink.
Add asparagus and cook it for about 10-15 minutes.
Add salmon and cook it slowly for about 5 minutes.
Fry a handful of pine nuts (without adding oil) in a second pan. Note:
pine nuts should turn golden brown and not black 🙂.
Cook your tagliatelle al dente in salted water.
Arrange tagliatelle on a plate, add the asparagus-salmon sauce and
sprinkle the dish with pine nuts and parmesan cheese. 😻
Hint: If the asparagus season is over you can easily swap the asparagus
through fresh spinach leaves. This way you can create a delicious
spinach-salmon sauce in no time
