The Pilates 101 program runs from September 2024 to August 2025, with 5 days of focused workouts each week and 2 rest days for active recovery. Each month brings a new focus, from building a strong foundation to achieving full-body toning and flexibility.

November 2024: Sculpt & Tone - Emphasize toning arms, legs, and glutes.
January 2025: Cardio & Pilates Fusion - Combine Pilates with low-impact cardio exercises.
May 2025: Full-Body Toning - Combine upper and lower body exercises for overall muscle definition.
August 2025: The Final Push - Intensive full-body workouts to celebrate progress and set new goals.
