Masala chai is a popular beverage throughout South Asia, originating in India. It is made by brewing black tea in milk and water, and then by sweetening with sugar. Adding aromatic herbs and spices creates masala chai, although chai is often prepared unspiced. learn more


Masala chai is widely used in african household. Normally they take in the morning as breakfast with something to eat with such as scones or bread. When a visitor comes its consindered as an act of love to give them chai. We can say chai is a love language to me.
