Ingredients
- 200g unsalted butter
- 200g cups dark chocolate chips
- 175g brown sugar , loosely packed
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 75g plain flour
- 30g cocoa powder
- one pinch of salt
- 180g dark chocolate block/bar (optional)
Cooking instructions
- Step 1: Heat your oven to 180°C
- Step 2: Cook brownies for 30-40 minutes
