Guacamole is an avocado-based dip, spread, or salad first developed in Mexico.
In addition to its use in modern Mexican cuisine, it has become part of international and American cuisine as a dip, condiment and salad ingredient.

Ingredients
- 2 large avocados;
- 1/2 red onion;
- 1 tomato;
- 1 lime;
- 1/2 bag of coriander.
Preparation
- Chop red onion, tomato and coriander into very small pieces.
- Mash the avocado until creamy, either with a fork or blender.
- Add onion, tomato and coriander to the mixture.
- Finalize with freshly-squeezed lime juice.
