Jujutsu Kaisen follows the story of Yuji Itadori, a high school student
with extraordinary physical abilities who gets entangled in the world of
jujutsu sorcery. After inadvertently consuming a cursed object—a finger
belonging to a powerful cursed spirit named Ryomen Sukuna—Yuji becomes the
host for Sukuna's spirit. To prevent Sukuna from wreaking havoc on the
world, Yuji joins the Tokyo Metropolitan Magic Technical College, a school
for jujutsu sorcerers. There, he learns to control his newfound powers,
fight curses, and uncover the mysteries surrounding the cursed objects.
The series explores themes of life, death, and the battle between good and
evil, all while delivering intense action sequences, compelling character
development, and a mix of dark and humorous moments. As Yuji and his
friends face increasingly dangerous foes, they must confront not only the
curses around them but also the darker sides of human nature.
