Weightlifting is very close to my heart. I started it in
2018 and never looked back. It is the best thing I have ever done for my
mind and body. It makes me feel amazing and in control. I really like what
it has taught me. It has taught me discipline, consistency and resilience.
It teaches a person to work for what they want and be patient because
results take time to show. You just have to keep going and showing up. I
highly recommend it. One of the benefits is that it will keep you looking
younger as you age. You basically age backwards.
