Gardening is a relaxing and enjoyable activity that connects us with the
present moment. Learning to observe the signs that plants give us
(whether we are taking good or bad care of them) is a very useful skill
for those who like to always have fresh herbs available at home, or even
to decorate the living room with ornamental plants.
It is very important to choose plants that harmonize with the type of
light and space that you have available and that are safe for pets, if
you have any. Sticking my hands in the soil and seeing my plants bloom
helped me a lot when I was depressed, it was a reason to get out of bed
every day, I consider it true therapy.
PS.: Each plant has specific needs, so I recommend taking a course to
learn how to take care of yours correctly and not be another plant
killer on the loose!
