Tower gardening and vertical gardening both have their perks. With tower gardening, you can utilize a full-sun position. There are both cheaper (wire cages, for example) and more expensive (lumber or stone) options for building these towers. Like any raised bed, you will need to water the towers frequently to keep the roots moist. They are a great option for larger plants in small spaces, such as squash, melons, corn, eggplants, tomatoes, peppers, and more. Potatoes perform exceptionally well in towers too! You must exercise caution when growing in towers in order to produce acceptable yields of vegetables and fruits though, with some mistakes to avoid here
