How to make Beer Bread at home

Prep time: 5 Minutes || Baking time: 1 hour || Servings: 6-8
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour (sifted)
- 3 teaspoons baking powder (omit if using self-rising flour)
- 1 teaspoon salt (omit if using self-rising flour)
- 1β4 cup sugar
- 1 (12-ounce) can beer
- 1β2 cup melted butter (1/4 cup will do just fine)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Mix all the dry ingredients with the beer and pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
- Pour the melted butter over the bread mixture.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Remove from the pan and cool for at least 15 minutes.
