In 2009, Andy immersed himself in knowledge, reading about the theory of beer and talking to great brewmasters all over North America. In 2011, Andy developed his first recipe and attempted his first brew. Kichesippi Beer

Prior to 1855, when the City of Ottawa was founded, the river that ran through the city was known as the Kichesippi.
