Vareniks is an Ukrainian national dish, which is prepared from unleavened dough and a variety of fillings: both salty, such as: meat, potatoes, mushrooms, vegetables and sweet: cottage cheese, berries, etc.
Cooking method: Put frozen dumplings in boiling salted water. Stirring, bring to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes. Remove the finished dumplings from the water and season to taste (butter, sour cream).
