Music production is the creative process of composing, recording, arranging, editing, mixing, and mastering audio to create a final piece of music. Music production can be done in a professional studio setting or at home with digital audio workstations (DAWs) and virtual instruments. There are a few stages involved in music production, including: pre-production writing,recording,editing,mixing,mastering. In essence, music production is the multi-faceted journey of bringing a musical idea to life, ensuring it's ready for the world to hear. And this process, is guided and managed by the music producer.
