There are over 20.000 known species of bees (superfamily Apoidea) ranging in size from about 2mm to 4 cm and that bees pollinate roughly 35% of the world's food crops?


What's all the buzz about?

Bees, and other pollinators, are crucial for the survival of humans and essencial for a diverse and healthy plant life. Over the last 75 years, bee populations decreased over 50%, while Human populations increased by over 130%.
