I developed the love for coding when i realized that it was a fun thing to do and that it did not require me to have a degree in order to pursue a career in tech and this really made my interest grow to the point where i decided to learn more to get myself certified because in the tech industry you need the knowledge same at more than the skill because most tech companies require you to have the knowledge and the certificates are proof that you did indeed take some courses and that you are very much aware of what you do. I decided to take some short courses because i wanted to learn more and i also went and searched for some short courses and YouTube videos which helped me a lot because i got to learn a lot from the short courses i took and the YouTube videos also heloed a lot into mastering my skills. I did my research and found out that SheCodes offers free learning to girls who cannot afford to pay for coding courses and i decided to fill in my application for the SheCodes Foundation and after a few weeks i was accepted to be a part of the SheCodes Foundation and i have loved every moment of it and i am hopping that this will open greater paths for me in the tech industry as a young woman.
