My favorite hobby

Nature exploration involves outdoor activities such as hiking, visiting national parks, nature walks, cycling, camping, birdwatching etc. It makes you feel connected to the natural world and take in it's beauty. Nature exploration improves mood, reduces depression and also reduces mental fatigue. Nature has the power to heal and it is an essential part of health and survival. I enjoy spending time in nature as it is a soul-nourishing moment. Time seems to slow down as we breathe in the fresh air and let go of stress and worries. It is in these moments that I discover a sense of wonder and gratitude for the beauty that sorrounds me.
