Recently, I visited a Korean restaurant and just wow! I managed to try out their chicken, the all-time favourite Kimchi, dumplings and a couple of side dishes. Apart from bringing the spice and tanginess to your meal, Kimchi is a good source of sodium, fiber, vitamins, minerals, has antioxidants that help your
ward off illness and stay healthy, it's also a probiotic!😉 Imagine that!
