As a kid, my mother had a strict no-ice-cream-on-weekdays rule, but on a hot summer day, I discovered frozen yogurt, which cleverly bypassed her restriction. With a mischievous grin, I presented my "healthy" treat to her, and she reluctantly approved. Thus began my weekday ritual of indulging in creative frozen yogurt concoctions, a delicious loophole that turned my mother's rule into a sweet victory.
