Started only as a family's passion project in the early 1900s, the Vino de María winery was opened to the public in 1998. Production is done with care and sustainability in mind keeping the highest quality of red wine produced in the Philippines.

Red wine is a type of wine made from dark-colored grape varieties. The color of the wine can range from intense violet, typical of young wines, through to brick red for mature wines and brown for older red wines.
