One of Australia’s largest cities and home to the capital of New South Wales, Sydney offers the perfect balance between
city and beach life. I kid you not, from the Central Business District (better known as CBD in Sydney) you are one bus
ride away from the iconic Bondi Beach. Although a weekend is far from being enough to fully immerse yourself in this
beautiful city, here is a list of things to do as a Sydneysider for the weekend:
Sydney Opera House Built in the 20th century this iconic masterpiece cannot be missed at Circular Quay. Located
close the CBD the Opera House hosts more than 04 performances per week. Tours operate daily at 7am.
Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk AKA if you’re a beach/ocean lover get ready to fall in love. This is a 6KM stretch along the coast which takes 2-3 hours
to complete depending on how many times you stop to swim or take pictures. Along with walk you will pass 5 swimmable
beaches: Coogee Beach (also has a women's ocean pool), Clovelly Beach, Bronte Beach (also has a rock pool), Tamarama
Beach and Bondi Beach
Blue Mountains Famous for its rock formation known as the Three Sisters — along with quaint hotels and charming townships — the Blue
Mountains National Park is just under a two-hour drive from Sydney. Here you can discover 2.5 million acres of tall
forests, sandstone cliffs, waterfalls and bushland, either mountain biking, abseiling or on foot.
