Here's a recipe for a moist chocolate cake that's sure to satisfy your cravings:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans or line them with parchment paper circles. Mix Dry Ingredients:In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Combine Wet Ingredients: Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients mixture. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes until well combined. Add Boiling Water: Stir in the boiling water until the batter is smooth. The batter will be thin, but that's okay. Bake: Pour the batter evenly into the prepared cake pans. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cakes comes out clean. Cool: Remove the cakes from the oven and allow them to cool in the pans for about 10 minutes. Then, remove the cakes from the pans and transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Frost: Once cooled, frost with your favorite chocolate frosting or ganache.
