Mini Lop Bunnies

Description

Mini Lops are often described as 'fuzzy basketballs with a head'. They have a small round body, a short neck and a broad head. Their ears flop down the sides of their heads. They are seriously the most adorable, fluffy ball of bunny!

Care

Mini Lops can be kept both inside and outside and should have an adequate enclosure for eating and sleeping. They should have room to move and stretch. Rabbit enclosures should be completely cleaned weekly and spot cleaned regularly to keep you Lop happy and healthy. Your Mini Lops will love time spent outside their enclosure playing with their favourite humans. They love to have their own adventures too so make sure to bunny-proof your house if they are indoors. 🐰

Mini Lops enjoy a diet of hay, fruits, vegetables, greens, and pellets. Make sure the fruits and vegetables you feed your rabbit are safe for them or you Lop friend may suffer digestive issues.

Behaviour

Mini Lops have a reputation for being super cuddly and have an affectianate nature. They are known as great pets for children and love to be picked up and snuggled. They are happiest when they are out of their enclosures and with their human families. They also benefit from having bunny toys to play with to keep them stimulated while you are out. Mini Lops are more difficult to train than some other breed but with plenty of patience and repitition, your bunny can learn to be litter trained and can even learn to perform other commands and tricks.
