The heart beats with passion - and wow, does it beat! Unleashed passion means that the experience from the race track has once again been transferred to the high-performance BMW ShiftCam four-cylinder engine in the RR. This results in an increased output of 3 hp, bringing the total to 210 hp (154 kW). To ensure optimal air supply and better load changes, the airbox from the M RR has been incorporated. The cylinder heads have also been enhanced with new channel geometry and reinforced bearing brackets, following the lead of the M RR. The standard shift assistant Pro has been further optimized to allow gearshifts with overrun upshifts and downshifts, resulting in improved load change damping and enhanced gearshifting precision. Additionally, the chain ring now boasts 46 teeth, one more than before, just like in the M RR. This upgrade translates to more power down the straight.
