Rooibos stems from an Afrikaans name, also known as Red Bush tea. It is
grown along the coast of South Africa and is one of the only teas that is
rich, full of anti-oxidants and is caffeine-free. Rooibos tea is consumed
much like regular tea black tea. Some people add milk and sugar and
nowadays it is being added to iced teas, espressos, lattes etc.
