INGREDIENTS
1 can of chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
garlic
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup of tahini sesame paste
2 garlic cloves (diced)
2 tbs olive oil
tbs cold water
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 cup toasted pine nuts (half to process and other half for garnish)
white pepper to taste
chopped parsley (as garnish)
Place ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into a bowl and garnish with leftover toasted pine nuts and chopped garnish. Enjoy with pita bread and cucumbers 😊!
