It's yoga time!

How yoga has kept me sane during the coronavirus pandemic


Before the pandemic, I would go to Pilates classes twice a week. Then we went into lockdown and I could no longer attend classes. At first I would join them online, but they were during my working hours and it made it difficult. So I downloaded a trial of a yoga app and the rest is history!
I can do a range of different yoga practices from home for as long or short a time as I would like. And I can target different areas to work on if I want to.
I sit at a desk all day working, so yoga allows me to move my body and joints, stretch, and it can be aerobic. Doing this every other day helps me relax.

Practising yoga through the pandemic has helped keep me sane.
