Dance is a performing art form consisting of purposefully selected sequences of human movement. This movement has aesthetic and symbolic value, and is acknowledged as dance by performers and observers within a particular culture.
Ballet teaches work ethic, perseverance, dedication, motivation, stamina, flexibility, and strength. It's a great start to any dancer's journey whether it's learning the foundations of dance principles and techniques or simply to improve muscle strength and posture.
Street Dance is great for improving musicality, flexibility and is actually a fun form of carido. It's a versitile style which allows you to practice wherever, whenever. As well as being a full head-to-toe workout, it also does wonders for your mind as it's used as a mood booster too!
Jazz not only offers training in improving flexibility and strength, it's infectious, high-energy rythmic music helps increase endurance and stamina. The artistic expression that jazz teaches is also the perfect training for aspiring stars of the stage.
