When I am not injured, I love to play sports. I love keeping active and enjoy many forms of movement, particularly competitive sport. Since my earliest memory as a 4 year old kid, I swam, did gymnastics, played tennis, hockey, ballet, modern dance, track and field. As a teenager, I excelled in tennis, squash, swimming track and field, African and Jazz dance. When I went to university for the first time, I became a cheerleader and competed with Hip-Hop and African dance styles. I was first introduced to yoga when I was 20 years old, and have been praticing every since!
