Hot Pilates combines traditional Pilates principles with high-intensity,
low-impact cardio to provide a highly dynamic workout. The heat ensures
you will elevate your heart rate and increase cardiovascular fitness.
Classes are held between 32 and 36 degrees celsius (slighly cooler than a
bikram yoga class). The thoughtful sequencing, full body workout will
leave you feeling refreshed, challenged and rejuvenated.
