Meditating is a simple way for us to stop for a moment and be calm.It is a practice that includes being mindful and focusing your thoughts on a particular thought or activity.Meditating may reduce stress,anxiety,depression and pain,and enhance peace,perception,self-concept and well-being.Many people assume that one has to go through some hardships in order to meditate but there is no truth to that, anyone can meditate.
