Mystery Science Theater 3000, lovingly
known by its fans as MST3K, is a popular series that riffs on bad movies
of the past through its primary host and his robot friends. Throughout
the movie, each episode is peppered with skits related to the theme of
the movie.
MST3K aired on television from
1988 to 1999, and now lives on forever
through the Gizmoplex, an online streaming service designed by
the creators of the show and funded initially through a Kickstarter
campaign.
